A few years ago I saw a cake shop in Leeds that sold almost exclusively vintage style cakes. ribboned and twirled icing, bright colours, cherries and scallops and pearls and tiers upon tiers of frills and opulence. I’ve thought about them ever since.
I made the Cool Cakes Collection inspired by my memory of those cakes! Great for a range of occasions these cakes are big, bold and look absolutely delicious!
Cake all day.
